Shipping

Every piece from Ian's Objects is made to order. Please allow 3–5 weeks for production and delivery.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free shipping on all domestic orders. Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, depending on what is most efficient for your location.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders are shipped via DHL or another carrier recommended by our fulfillment partner. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please note: international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Processing & Delivery Timeline

Because each ring is cast to order, please allow 3–5 weeks total from the date of purchase to delivery. This includes production time and shipping transit. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@iansobjects.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Contact us at info@iansobjects.com and we'll work with you to get the right fit. Because each piece is made to order, exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
