Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@iansobjects.com with your order number and reason for the return.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

 

Exchanges

Need a different size? Contact us at info@iansobjects.com and we'll work with you to get the right fit. Because each piece is made to order, exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
